Screen Capture software
I write some software and always have struggled with documentation. I like to SEE things done on the computer. I am a bit more VISUAL learner. That being said, i have been directed to some, at least for now, FREE screen capture software that i thought you all might be able to use.

Hope you enjoy! I can think of making short instructional videos for your kids on GarageBand, iMovie, etc. It might save your voice and the number of reps giving the SAME instructions over and over.
Oh, the only drawback might be - It does require Flash Player 9 to view.

I love Jing. The movie feature is incredible. Currently, I am using it with Google SketchUp and Google Earth. I will screen capture their drawings, then they will add voice-overs and music. I will post them on my website by the end of March.
