The K-3 teacher in my district just got a Promethean Board and cannot get the board to work with Groovy music. Is this a preference problem or does she need a driver? Thanks!
Still stuck. Sibelius hasn't helped because they said they can't be responsible for 3rd party software working with the board. It works with the older boards in my bldg, but not my brand new one. VERY sad!
Oddly enough, the program works on the older boards in my building, but every time I launch it on my computer while connected to the board (a 300Pro), the board freezes and stops recognizing the pen. I can't even calibrate. Any suggestions would be appreciated - I love the program, and would really like to use it with the board.

It is more likely there is a problem with her Groovy software. Having the Promethean Board should not make a difference. She should contact Sibelius Support. They are wonderful and should be able to help.
